The Decree of July 17, 2003, relating to the development of ongoing educational action in the field of associative life, aims to foster the development of associations in the field of lifelong education in Wallonia. Specifically, the government allocates to any recognized association an annual fixed operating subsidy within the limit of available budgetary credits.
